Fresh 48's are my favorite!

They are short & sweet, yet they capture so much!

 These sessions happen at the place of birth within the first 24-48 hours. No posing or fancy outfits necessary. The session will start out with your baby in the bassinet or laying on the end of the bed naked in a diaper. I like to use this time to to capture sweet little details like their belly button stump, wrinkly feet, & little button nose. After that, I can incorporate a special outfit, blanket, and/or item if you would like. From there, we will move on to capturing the new forming relationships between mom, dad, & siblings if there are any. 

These sessions are meant to be easy and relaxed. Your focus is on you on your baby, and my focus is capturing some of your first moments together. 

Babies change sooo much within those first few days. So much happens within such a short amount of time, no matter how intentional you are about soaking it all in, looking back, everything can seem like one big blur.

There is nothing quite like it.
